Job Description
As the Consumer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand awareness. Your expertise in 360-degree marketing, coupled with ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) campaign execution and amplification, will be pivotal in reaching our target audience effectively. Additionally, your proficiency in digital marketing will enable you to leverage various online channels to maximize our brand's online presence and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that encompass ATL, BTL, and digital marketing channels to effectively reach and engage target consumers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns across traditional media channels such as TV, radio, print, and out-of-home advertising, ensuring brand consistency and message resonance.
- Lead BTL campaign execution, including experiential marketing, point-of-sale activations, sponsorships, and other grassroots initiatives to drive consumer interaction and conversion.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM/SEO, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and foster customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support campaign execution and amplify brand messaging.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Addiction Pet Foods at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and network with key stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of 360-degree marketing principles and techniques, with expertise in ATL and BTL campaign execution and amplification.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEM/SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems) is a plus.
