The Consumer Associate will play a key role in enhancing awareness and driving transactions and revenue generation through the effective execution of tactics and activities. This position involves leading project management efforts and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Consumer Head and Consumer Lead to understand the goals, objectives, and budget for B2C tactics and activities. Communicate these details effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Planning and Execution: Develop and implement an operating plan for B2C tactics and activities. Ensure successful execution through strong collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
Quality and Risk Management:
Manage activities to ensure they are executed within budget, meet quality standards, and are completed on time. Identify and highlight any risks associated with the projects.Reporting:
Provide timely updates and comprehensive post-mortem reports to stakeholders regarding the status and outcomes of projects.Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.Years of Related Experience:
Fresh graduates to 2 years of working experience.Preferred Industry Experience: Technology, Healthcare, E-Commerce, Consumer Goods.
