- Your Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle financial service inquiries and transactions. Show skill in navigating banking systems and money transfer processes.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards. Contribute to a positive work environment.
At least six months of BPO/contact center experience- One year or more of solid customer service experience
We prefer candidates with financial services experience in a BPO Setup. We prefer candidates with experience working with banks, money transfers, and Moneygram accounts. It applies to any account except for local banks, regardless of whether it is a BPO setup.
Competitive salary up to 47K, depending on work experience and previous earnings.
