The Consults Portfolio Analyst supports the Portfolio Manager in product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle by owning all Consults Data, Reporting and Analytics.
S/he will regularly organize, process, analyze the data requirements of the Portfolio Managers to identify key strengths, weaknesses, trends, and opportunities for the product portfolio. S/he will create and maintain dashboards, which will serve as the key tool to be used by the App Monetization and Portfolio team in creating and executing their strategies in relation to the Consults Product Portfolio.
S/he will also coordinate closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales and Marketing Teams to obtain and update all relevant information needed to further aid and support both the team and the company's overall strategies and goals.
Ownership of all Product Consults Data, Dashboards, Reports and Analysis
- Regular updating of all relevant stats and data, including obtaining raw reports from multiple departments and sources
Support Product Launches by helping on the business case and managing the Product Life Cycle by providing product and customer analytics for customer experience improvements- Support in gathering and interpreting the key information that justify and support the launch and execution of the Product
Market Requirements Documentation: outlining the needs of customers and roadmap to meet the needs, through industry researches, FGDs and Customer Insighting, competitive analyses
- Product Requirements Documentation: how the product should be built and used, including but not limited to pricing, features, inclusions, SLAs, end to end customer experience, based on customer analytics and insighting
Design and maintain data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.- Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Key Performance Indicators:
Timely submission of Reports, Analysis and Recommendations- Dashboard maintenance relevant to stakeholders
Recommendations utilizing data that would drive: ARPPU growth, CLTV, And App Rating
- Complete data on all Products Launched and Users availments/ subscriptions
At least 1-2 years work experience, in a similar role, ideally in the tech industry
- Ability to draw logical, concise and accurate conclusions from an analysis of relevant information and data, with strong attention to detail
Has in-depth understanding of the interplay of business drivers- Very High Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint/ Google Sheets and Slides
Essential Skills:
- Structured Query Language (SQL)
Microsoft Excel Data Visualization
Ability to execute activities according to agreed work plans- Interest in the HealthTech industry
Ability to communicate very well, excellent written and verbal communication skills
