Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Architect at IntellFlow Management Consulting. The Construction Project Architect will be responsible for managing submittals such as bid documents & architectural plans to stakeholders. The Construction Project Architect will also oversee construction projects, and, will work with clients, engineers, trade partners and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Project Management
• Experience in creating Architectural designs and plans
• Experience in cost estimations and preparation of BOQs
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other architectural software tools
• Knowledgeable in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Ability to manage submittals effectively
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field - with license is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to travel for project deployments, site visits and occular inspections
