We are seeking for a Construction Operations Head will lead and manage all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication skills to oversee project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel.

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 10 years of experience in Land Development, Housing and Construction with 5 years in Managerial capacity
Knowledgeable in Project Management, Quality Management and Financial Management. Excellent communication skills both oral and written- Ability to demonstrate measurable results, results oriented and goal driven
Proficient in MS Office Applications
The main functions are to oversee, facilitate, and coordinate the activities of the following groups under operations: Construction Services, Permits and Licensing, Property Management, Procurement and Warehousing, Project Development and Planning and Design Group.
- Develop annual revenue and expense budgets with finance, reviewing financial results and projections on a regular basis to mitigate challenges, optimize opportunities and manage expenses A
Point person in all operational concerns both in Luzon and Visayas Region- Responsible for administrative matters of all operational personnel
Assume overall responsibility for the execution of pre-development and development activities related to companies work plans including permits and applications, design coordination with consultants and in house architects, planning, zoning budget scheduling and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications and relevant building codes
Establish and maintain strong network with local agencies, financial institutions and other government offices - Collaborate with the Group Head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing for the planning and budgeting, production and implementation of corporate activities held on site.
- Responsible for the approval of petty cash, advances, loan processing, and other documentation needed in coordination with Billing and Collection team.
Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, community groups, homeowners and private entities for village activities.
- Overseeing management of the organization's finances and overall development
Collaborating with construction project management professionals to ensure resources are available when needed
