Job Responsibilities:- Ensures that all projects are implemented in accordance with OSave's approved design.
Close coordination with Contractors during actual constructions of the store.- Able to create the best store layout base on the actual lot plan of the lessor.
Manages overall project performance including but not limited to the scope, safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing on budgets, and monitoring progress.
Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the duration of the project and effectively applies the approved methodologies and construction standards.- Assess and evaluates contractors progress billing based on actual milestone or accomplishment.
Licensed Engineer or Architect- Must have a strong work ethic, trustworthy, and be hardworking.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical & judgment capabilities.
- Able to Drive with valid Driver's License
