7 to 8 years of relevant experience- Exposure in Supermarket or Convenience store type of business is a MUST; Robinsons, 7-Eleven, SM, and Puregold
Residing near Caloocan area is highly preferable
- Deals with standardized construction projects
Able to handle at least 15 projects (stores construction)- Has experienced in onsite bidding (site acquisition)
Able to present electronic schematic store layout to the management (for approval)
- Able to adapt in fast-paced work environment
Experience in using AutoCAD is an advantage- Graduate of Engineering or Architecture is an advantage
