Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead project management of new and/or renovation construction projects related to office buildings, industrial, commercial and industrial projects.
- Provide day-to-day project progress report, ensuring project standards, quality, budgetary outlook and target timeline are met.
- Support/assist with the management and evaluation of performance of consultants, vendors, contractors, suppliers and the like, in accordance with the Property Development Department and Company Quality Standards.
- Support/assist with evaluation and processing of payments under the departments scope, such as various billings for its consultants, vendors, contractors, suppliers, tenant rentals, expenditures of departments budget.
- Responsible for coordinating with various equipment suppliers during preconstruction, construction and aftersales service of the project.
- Provide commercial assessment and ensure that value for money is practiced.
- Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety basic protocols are observed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering.
- With PRC license.
- With at least 5 years experience in construction or related industry.
- Willing to be assigned temporarily in Iloilo.
- Preferably with safety officer certificate or has completed pollution control officer training.
- Proficient in MS Office
- With above average English Communication skills both oral and written.
