Target of the Position:
As a Construction Manager (CoM) your key responsibility will be to lead the Construction Management during the pre-construction, on-going construction and post construction phases of the project.
To Recommend Contractor based on the lowest Bid, Quality, Reliability and Reasonable capacity of the contractor.
Main Responsibilities:
Site technical evaluation, Including Site measurements, schematic design.
Facilitate conducting of Pre-bid Meetings, Coordination Meetings, Bid Submissions
Manages the implementation of the project to ensure a smooth construction timelines and completion.
Ensuring compliance of LGU (local government unit) and National Government policies. Responsible for the over-all compliance with the regulation, restrictions in building code, environmental, safety, sanitary, insurances and building permits.
In-charge of creating our standard construction manual. Specify materials needed and efficient to the store.
Handling the Recruitment and accreditation of contractors and suppliers.
Handling store concern, coordination with the store issue to lessors.
Prepare cost comparison for awarding.
Monitors the approved projected budget, actual expenses and payment request for progressive billing project.
