POSITION DESCRIPTION
Lead the Project Management Team in performing forward planning activities for the Project. Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the construction management team during the construction of the project.- Prepare Master Schedule for the project.
Coordinate with consultant / designer planning officer pertaining to project design and project implementation plan.
- Manage the contractor , sub-contractor and various trade contractor and ensure that these group will function coherently to achieve project objectives.
Review project budget regularly and track changes to stay within the budget.- Review change orders and request for information (RFI) for cost and schedule implications.
Review the evaluated change orders, pay applications, material and equipment submittal.
- Review the plans and value engineering of each project as coordinated with engineers.
Take actions to deal with the result of delays, bad weather or emergencies at site.- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients representing the owner or developer.
QUALITY INSPECTION
- Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.
Supervises the implementation of the project to ensure a smooth construction time and completion.- Inspect projects site during various phases of the work for compliance with construction specifications and quality of work.
Enforces the site safety requirements.
- Performs final inspections, punch list, submit reports and job evaluation upon completion.
Evaluates performance of contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS- 10-15 years of experience in construction of buildings (residential/commercial/hotel) from construction company
Must be a graduate of BS CE
- Licensed CE, leadership skills, planning skills, effective communication, and creative thinker
Willing to relocate in Project Site
