Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients throughout the construction process. Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring open lines of communication and client satisfaction.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.- Quality Control and Safety: Implement rigorous quality control and safety standards on all project sites. Conduct regular inspections and enforce compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Budget and Schedule Oversight: Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and financial targets. Provide regular updates to both clients and senior management on project progress.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and client expectations.
