Requirements:

Registered Civil Engineer - - 5-10 years experience in actual site construction
- - Minimum of 5 years experience in vertical structures construction (Condominium or Township Projects)
- - Having excellent supervisory skills during actual project site operations
- - Outstanding project control management skills (schedule, communications & cost control)
- - Knowledge of relevant engineering softwares (autocad, excel, ms project, planswift, etc.)
- - Possesses valid driver's license
- - Full time position, willing to start ASAP
Job Description:
- Supervise & Manage the construction of a government housing project in Pulilan, Bulacan*
- Responsible for the construction planning and directing of the construction execution aspect and testing and commissioning and handover of the project within the framework of the policies and objectives of the Company in order to satisfy customer's expectations.
- Prepare construction and handover policy for quality, safety, cost and schedule in a particular project
- Initiates construction kick-off meeting with subcontractors, clients and internal discipline.
- Conducts safety audit and safety walk through with the client and subcontractor.
- Supervise on line supervisors of different category for the night and day shift execution.
- Check material schedule and construction required dates per activity.
- Reports to Project Manager and represent HCC for any meetings or undertaking.
- Reviews, monitors and analyzes construction activities.
- Prepares construction scope cost estimation.
- Assist Project Manager on various tasks assigned.
- Reviews and approves alternatives and deviations based on cost, schedule and quality impacts in conjunction with the construction execution of a project.
- Evaluates subcon billings.
