The
Construction Engineer supervises the implementation of construction activities of all projects of the company. They are responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project.
- Listen with curiosity, speak with honesty and act with integrity during team meetings and activities
Prepare accurate and up-to-date project accomplishments and status- Lead, motivate, and mentor professionally construction team members to be able to establish team mission
Assist the Construction Manager in developing team goals and objectives conferring with the management
- Prepares daily activities of subcontractors, heavy equipment operators and warehousemen
Determines project specifications by studying design drawings, customer requirements and performance standards- Submit monthly project-related compliance reports on time
Implement improvement and/or corrective action on weak areas to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend relevant trainings and seminars to stay informed of current industry trends
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 8am to 5pm
- Work Location: San Jose Road Bulac, Santa Maria, Bulacan
Minimum of 2 years experience, with 1 year Supervisory
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Good in both written and oral communication
- Must have strong personality and can handle pressure
Good Construction Project Management SkillsLicensed Civil Engineer
