Primarily responsible for the design based on Brand Corporate Identity for Ground - Up, improvement/renovation & retrofitting projects through lay out designing and other administrative and technical works assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assistance in building improvement with contractors and suppliers.
Ensures the proper documentation of: a. Autohub-wide floor lay-out; b. Autohub-wide building structures; c. As-built Plans; d. AutoCAD Plans (big projects)
Participates in long term planning for improvements of projects.
Coordinates and oversee the provision of the Autohub-wide services.
Preparation of architectural layout presentations.
Education:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering, B.S. in Architecture or any related course
Experience:
- Experience in AutoCAD-computer aided drafting design
