REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction contract management, preferably in a construction.- Strong understanding of construction contract law, including applicable regulations and industry standards.
Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and develop practical solutions.
- Expert in different construction contracts such as FIDIC and CIAP
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Review and analyze construction contracts, identifying key terms, conditions, and obligations.- Collaborate with project management team and recommend contract terms
Maintain accurate and updated records of contract management group
- Assist in the development of contract management policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
