Job Description:The position reports directly to the Construction Management Head. Responsible for management/overseeing of multiple existing & ongoing projects. This includes reviewing and monitoring of cost, schedule, and quality management producing regular reports. The candidate shall have knowledge in various computer applications especially, MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Projects and should be well versed in Construction Project Management.
- Project Management (Regular visit on multiple existing and ongoing projects on different location, Produce regular progress, and cost reports for the projects, Facilitate / Assist in the bidding/procurement of specific construction related contract packages. Manage Project Engineers / In-charge of each project)
- Budget Management (Manage cost, schedule, and quality of projects)
- Reporting
* Preferably with exposure in Retail type construction
