Job Requirements.-Must have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience related to the job
-Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
-Must be a Licensed Architect
-Experience in preparing reports monitoring and presentations.
-Experience in Schedule Management.
-With good communication Skills.
-Experienced handling Faade and Interior Design.
-Proficient in oral and written communication.-Experience in Design and Construction Management.
-Must be willing to work within and outside Metro Manila.
- Understanding and experience in the plan review process.
- Understanding and experience in the Construction and Fit-out Project
- Excellent knowledge and skills in architecture and construction.
- Adept understanding and experience working with Facade projects and Interior Fit-out
- Strong experience in High-Rise renovation and commercial projects.
- Proven experience in procurement and vendor sourcing.
- Familiarity with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
- Experience in exterior and interior fit-out works.
- Highly Focused on Construction over Design.
