QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of any bachelor's degree course for at least ten (10) years
Minimum five (5) years of experience in building construction management as Administrative Officer and assigned to at least one (1) completed project involving construction management services for either or combination of commercial, institutional, industrial buildings with a total gross floor area (TGFA) of at least 10,000 square meters, excluding warehouses, hangars, and public markets in the computation of the TGFA.
