Job Title: Construction Accountant (Philippines-based), MUST WORK US HOURS.

• About Us: We are a growing US-based construction company focused on delivering high-quality projects. We are seeking a skilled and experienced accountant based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Construction Accounting, a deep understanding of US Accounting principles, and the ability to manage financial records with precision and efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.

• Handle construction-specific accounting tasks such as job costing, tracking of expenses, and project profitability analysis.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Reconcile intercompany accounts and manage the general ledger.

Prepare tax documentation and assist with tax filings.

• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders for financial reporting and analysis.

Monitor and manage financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain and update accounting procedures and policies.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA license (preferred but not required).

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience. Construction Accounting Experience a HUGE plus.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with US tax regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar). ComputerEase Experience a HUGE plus.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience working with US-based clients or companies is a plus.

• Work Schedule:

Flexible hours with some overlap with US business hours required.

• Yearly Salary:

944,134 Pesos.
