Computer application Proficiency. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
- Negotiation Skills: Advanced skills in influencing and negotiation to convince client that the company's decision on his case is just, and fair to both company and clients.
Communication: Able to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communicates with clients and partners in regard to explaining technical insurance concepts that will be easily understandable to the client.- Problem Solving: Must have advanced problem solving and decision making skills.
Innovation: e.g. Find new ways to achieve better results within job. or Research and develop new products using leading-edge platforms.
- Flexibility: Should be open to working long hours, including weekends, holidays and month end to help address issuance of new business.
- Skills & Experience Required:
Preferably with experience working in insurance back-office operations is , particularly in any related policy aftersales or policy conservation activities.
