- Call, send email or text messages to clients to remind them of their due date and to explain the importance of paying premiums on time.
- Meet the target for call outs or premium collection.
- Reports serious concerns/complaints of policyholders to immediate superior and recommends solutions to resolve the concern.
- Encourage policyholders to reinstate their lapsed policies.
- Assist customer request thru telephone and email. Analyze request, investigate and coordinate with other departments.
- Graduate of any four year course
