- Preferably with experience in other ITIL processes like Release and Change Management
Support a logical model, containing the components of the IT infrastructure (CIs) and their associations.
- Ensures CMDB are up to date acting as gatekeepers to attain high accuracy and completeness target.
Fulfill configuration item creation, update and decommissioning requests.- Develops and produces Asset Management inventory accuracy and performance reports containing accurate and relevant statistical data on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
Develops and produces analysis reports to identify asset information errors and corrects them thru remediation activities.
- Demonstrates tremendous ability to handle pressure at work.
Demonstrates the courage and determination to pursue a course of action even when it presents complex challenges and obstacles, and the outcome is far from certain.
