Duties and Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, offering assistance with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.
Provide personalized recommendations to guests for local attractions, restaurants, and events, and make reservations as needed- Offer transportation assistance, including arranging for taxis, limousines, or rental cars
Handle guest request and complaints in a prompt and professional manner , escalating any issues to the appropriate manager as needed
- Maintain Knowledge of hotel amenities and services, as well as local attractions and events, to assist guests with their needs
Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and front desk staff, to ensure that guest needs are met
with Driving License
College degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
With Proven experience as a concierge, guest services representative, or similar role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and possibly additional languages
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to remain professional and courteous even in challenging situations- Proficiency in computer programs, and the ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as needed
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
