Job Descriptions:_
- Responsible in managing and handling concession accounts.
Ensure concession sales target is met.- Research potential leads to develop new projects, prospects, and opportunities.
Monitoring and overseeing of activities in line with the operation and sales management of the retail concession; evaluate data information necessary for management to make decision and propose measure to procure positive improvement from the concession.
- Examine concession performance and suggest strategic plans towards improving concession accounts.
Ensure client satisfaction by knowing/ understanding the problem and recommending solution.- Conduct store visits, check inventory and discrepancies on items.
Submit various reports as required by the department head.

Job Qualifications:_
- With at least 4 years of previous experience in retail industry
Knowledgeable in handling Sales Personnel- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skill
High level of self management and motivation
- Must be willing to do field work
