Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers inquiries or requests
- Ensuring that customers requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Maximizing different Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
Requirements
- We accept at least SHS/HS graduate or equivalent with diploma
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Computer literate
- Can start asap
