The Technician is responsible for troubleshooting merchandise and company equipment. He reports to the Fulfillment Center Supervisor. Troubleshooting and diagnosis of PCs, components and peripherals returned by customers for warranty claims and endorsing of valid claims to RMA team. Troubleshooting and diagnosis of PCs, components and peripherals sent in by customers for repairs. Preventive maintenance of company workstations and electronic equipment.
2-year college level
- Specific Skills and Qualities:
Proficiency in PC hardware troubleshooting and product compatibility
- Good working knowledge of peripherals and other equipment, such as networking equipment, storage devices, servers, etc.
Secondary Skills and Qualities- Effective Communication able to clearly explain technical stuff to customers and coworkers
Professionalism
- Certifications / Licenses: Any professional licenses and certifications related to computers is an advantage
