- COMPUTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Provides IT Equipment related maintenance and support services for all IT equipment or devices owned by the company.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field- Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience
Excellent troubleshooting abilities- Proficiency with Windows troubleshooting
Proficiency with LAN troubleshooting
- General knowledge of MS Office Applications
General knowledge of computer networking- Troubleshooting knowledge of typical computer peripherals (e.g. CPU, printers, monitors, etc.)
