We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced COMPTROLLER to join our finance team. The COMPTROLLER will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor performance against budget and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making, in coordination with the Top Management.
- Good leadership skills that can assemble a team with driving performance.
- Ensures the organization's good financial standing.
- Revise, implement, and update finance/accounting policies and procedures
- Develop and forecast budgets under the supervision of the Top Management
- In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; and licensed Certified Public Accountant.
- At least 5 years of work experience specializing in Accounting, Audit, and Finance functions or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Accounting Software and MS Office.
