About The Role
We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for
Compliance Support to join our esteemed AusPac Regional SHES team at Orica GBS Manila. As a global leader in the industry, we are dedicated to managing our operations responsibly, ensuring the safety of our people, customers, and the community, while minimizing our environmental impact.
As a Compliance Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring Orica meets all regulatory requirements for the storage and transportation of explosives, ammonium nitrate (AN), and ammonium nitrate emulsion (ANE). While this position does not involve direct reports, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated Statutory Liaison team of five and support the Vice President Operations Services AusPac and the SHES Environment Specialist.
Your responsibilities will include meticulous management of licenses across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring they are current and accurate, and that Orica supplies only to appropriately licensed customers. Additionally, you will support Orica AusPac's Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (SHES) management systems, including database administration, environmental reporting, and managing SHES actions.
What you will be doing
- Administer and manage Orica AusPac's databases (Alteration Authority, Mining Services DMS).
- Update site licensing in the Enablon Compliance Module.
- Input mobile fleet licensing and registrations into relevant business locations (e.g., SharePoint).
- Manage Energy Waste and Waste reporting within the region, supporting regional reporting requirements.
- Manage timely payment of government fees and licenses via SAP Accounts Payable.
- Enter actions from Hazard Studies, incident investigations (ICAMs), and audits into Enablon.
- Cross-check light vehicle (LV) contributions against HR reports and send Light Vehicle Fleet reports detailing uncoded LV trips.
- Assist with annual AusPac Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) communications and tracking.
- Ensure customer licensing meets legal obligations and escalates complex cases.
- Provide timely support to database users, responding within 24 business hours.
- Enter Operations Services process actions promptly.

- Expertise in information and database management, including SAP;
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail;

- Desirable: Experience using PowerBI for generating database reports;
