Role Overview:As the Compliance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, developing relationships with external stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance on contract concerns. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our operations in the VisMin Business Unit.
Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and track deadlines effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as DOLE, PCC, and other relevant entities.
Provide guidance on contractual issues and escalate concerns as needed.- Identify strategic risks and propose protective measures.
Supervise Compliance Specialists to ensure compliance across all sites.
- Prepare annual compliance plans and targets for the team.
Professional experience of at least 4 years in compliance.
- Leadership experience of at least 1 year.
Law degree or engineering background preferred.- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures related to permits and licenses.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Ability to build partnerships and networks.
