MISSION OF FUNCTIONThe position is responsible for facilitating the land acquisition and titling through the conduct of initial appraisal of properties for acquisition, document preparation, collation, review, and land inventory ensuring that all documents sourced and prepared are accurate and properly executed. The position ensures that the documents required to complete the Sworn Declaration, Reclassification and Conversion are in order and accurate. The position is in charge of monitoring updates and payments including but not limited to RPT, and installment payments. Secondarily, the position may be tasked with providing assistance to other members of the COM (Compliance) team.
More than 2 years performing legal and/or compliance related work, preferably in the power industry
- College graduate; law degree or engineering degree preferred but not required
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and procedures on the application of permits and licenses and the preparation of reports with different government agencies and local government units
