Develop & implement compliance policies procedures & control to ensure adherence to regulatory req. and industry best practices- Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits;
Provide guidelines and training to employees about KYC, AML & CDD;
- Assess customer profiles and review transaction history to identify patterns and detect any suspicious activities;
Prepare & submit regulatory reports & filing to relevant authority;- Participate in the development. & enhancement of the company's compliance program;
Capacitate members to understand policies and procedures
- Lead and guide frontline officers in executing proper compliance with relevant laws for business conduct;
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in San Miguel Manila near Malacaang
and TIP Manila Campus.
