Duties and Responsibilities of Compliance Officer
- Organize all requirements for the renewal of PNP, PDEA, DENR, BOC and PEZA permits
- Organize all requirements for the amendment of PNP, PDEA, DENR, BOC and PEZA permits
- Organize the application of exemption with PNP, PDEA and DENR if deemed necessary
- Manage the liquidation and reporting of all controlled materials under PNP, PDEA and DENR
- Manage and generate all DENR report requirements.
- Secure other DENR and other government permits if needed like SQI, etc.
- Act as PCO Officer of both PCT Purechem and PCT Enterprise for both Laguna and Batangas warehouse
- Organize the documents needed for customer accreditation that will be needed by Chemical Division
- Attend customer AUDITS of PCT Enterprise, PCT Purechem and Pure-Chem Technology together with other selected and relevant personnel
- Attend to PNP, PDEA, DENR, PEZA, BOC and other government agencies inspection, audits and inquiries.
- Receive, compile and secure PNP, PDEA, DENR, PEZA, BOC and other government agencies inspection and audit reports.
- Coordinate the Implementation and execution of any corrective actions (if any) needed as a result PNP, PDEA, DENR, PEZA, BOC and other government agencies inspection,
audits and inquiries.
