Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of compliance tasks and projects including ensuring quality standards, reports and process flow analysis.
- Identify, develop and establish Company's Quality Management Systems and Procedures and conduct necessary training.
- Research, develop and maintain training, operating procedures and process analysis-based laws and legislations, industry's standards including but not limited to ISO 27001
- Plan and perform Internal Audits of Company Systems in order to assure compliance with relevant ISO requirements and established and approved guidelines and procedures for Company's business processes
- Coordinate ISO registration; certification activities and external surveillance audits
- Develop and maintain all manuals, forms other documents as per the requirements of relevant ISO standards
- Participates and works with members of management to create strategies and processes related to all areas of Governance, Risk Management and Compliance according the client requirements in accordance to the industry standards including but not limited to ISO 27001.
- Provides recommendations on identified process gaps and serves corrective and preventive actions.
- Provides training, leadership, direct support and guidance to the compliance team and internal and external business partners during the creation of Compliance Strategy, project execution and implementation initiatives.
- Assist Process, Training, Operations and other departments to any related Quality & Improvement Process.
- Adheres to task assigned by the Process Development Manager or Operations Manager
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Engineering (others) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of work experience as a QA Supervisor or Compliance Officer is required for this position
- Audit experience with ISO 27001
- Strong knowledge on Risk Management based on ISO 27001
- Strong knowledge in information and communications technology based on ISO Standards
- Preferably with Basic knowledge, experience and training under the Quality Management Systems or ISO certified organization
- Familiarity with Operational Excellence, Continuous/Process Improvement, and Total Quality Management concepts
- Has excellent & effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong team player with a high level of professionalism and initiative
- Willing and able to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays
- Proficient in a Microsoft Office Environment, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
