Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably in the area of Law, Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, Banking and Finance or any related field
2-5 years experience in the field of Banking Industry handling BSP compliances and regulations.- willing to start ASAP and relocate to San Pedro, Laguna is an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:- Monitors new regulatory issuances such as Circulars, Circular letters and Memorandum issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and other regulatory bodies such as Anti-Money Laundering Council, Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation, Securities and Exchange Commission and Insurance Commission.
Assists with the implementation of compliance and risk assessment strategies.
- Acts as the official representative of the company before any regulatory body for any discussion and/or consultation regarding compliance-related issues.
Checks for sufficiency of all documents and reports prior to their endorsement to the BSP- Reviews, assess and preforms compliance testing in compliance to laws, regulations and other regulatory requirements.
Prepares reports on Crimes and Losses and undertakes its submission to the BSP
- Performs other functions as directed by the management and/or by the Board of Directors from time to time.
