Responsibilities
Understand applicable Acts, Regulations, Notices, Circulars, and Guidelines to address client's queries
Tracking of work items and monthly calls
Drafting of compliance checklists and reports
Drafting of meeting minutes
Maintenance of compliance registers
Drafting of onboarding pack
Drafting and review of compliance documents
Assist with routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Skills Set

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum diploma in any discipline
1-2 years of solid experience in Compliance or related functions.
Nice to have
Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
In-depth knowledge of the Asian industry's standards and regulations experience is a plus.
Our current work set-up is Hybrid Work from Home wherein you need to be in the office at least 2 to 3 days a week and the rest is WFH. To qualify you must have a stable internet connection (DSL/Fiber with at least 25mbps).
