JOB SUMMARY:This job directly reports to the Chief Finance Officer and Chief Executive Officer. This is responsible for ensuring the entire Prince Retail Group's compliance with all government statutory with financial-related government bureaus such as BIR, SEC, BOC, LGUs, PhilGeps, and others that may arise by the direction of the Management.
Allocates tasks, and responsibilities to the members of the Compliance department including people management and talent development within one's team.
- Performs other related tasks and reports that may be asked from time to time by immediate supervisors.
Participates in the strategic planning and execution of tax planning initiatives; Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of BIR-related taxes and reports.- Manages all BIR and LGU-related permits and licensing for the legitimate operations of the businesses under the Prince Retail Group Holdings Inc. and handles the negotiation of transactions when the need arises.
Facilitates all applications, renewals, and compliance to other government bureaus related to the business operations as mandated by the Board of Directors.
- Ensures the regulatory compliance of all stores, warehouses, and offices of the entire Prince Retail Group.
Trains and disseminates information to responsible managers, supervisors and personnel of the organization must be done regularly to ensure that updates and new changes from the government bureaus are implemented accordingly- Training and Development of the team

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting or related coursesCPA Required
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience and with at least 2 years Managerial role in Philippine Taxation, BIR, and LGU communication, in the retail industry or similar duties
