Performs routine checks to ensure that company's adherence to applicable laws and regulations
- What you'll need to bring:
- Bachelor's degree holder, any audit/finance/banking-related course.
At least Five (5) years of related working experience as a COMPLIANCE MANAGER preferably in a Financial institution.
- Extensive background on overseeing acquisitions and renewals of permits/licenses with different government agencies.
Strong background on different rules and regulations of governing authorities (e.g. BIR, AMLC, SEC, etc.)
