As a Compliance & Technical Customer Support (Solar Sector), your focus will be on reviewing product installation evidence to approve claims related to energy efficiency projects. You'll collaborate closely with clients, providing insights and building strong relationships, while ensuring high standards of compliance and efficiency are met.


Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri 7AM - 4PM), Fixed weekends off
Work Setup: Permanent WFH

Watt's Next Keeping Claims in Check!

  • Review product installation evidence to verify and approve claims related to energy efficiency projects.
  • Check each client's claims every morning and report the quantity to your manager.
  • Audited/Passed (ready for CX)
  • Audited/Fieldworker Corrections Completed (ready for CX)
  • Corrections Required tagged RFI (pushed back from CX)
  • Audited/Audited by AP (Passed by CX, ready for upload)
  • Prioritize claim reviews based on discussions with your manager.
  • Perform claim reviews following Compliance Instructions.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for claims reviewed.
  • Support the team in meeting daily/weekly targets for claims passed.
  • Highlight areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through written reports and meetings.
  • Build relationships with clients to achieve creation targets and provide guidance across the claims, methods, and energy efficiency industry.
  • Perform administrative duties, including generating reports, maintaining records, and approving representatives.
  • Update and maintain key registers and activity checklists to assist the business in meeting certificate creation target forecasts.
  • Manage client training requirements and updates regarding scheme changes.
  • Contribute as a team player by participating in meetings and sharing knowledge and experience.

Requirements

Fluorescent with Skills and Expertise!

  • Previous experience in a technical customer support role, preferably in an IT/Telecommunications environment.
  • Preferred experience in the solar sector (e.g., solar panels, batteries, etc.).
  • Strong technical proficiency with the capability to upskill and operate remotely.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or ticketing systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Mature mindset with the ability to work remotely and autonomously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workflow effectively.
