Role Summary
Our client is looking for a Compliance Assistant to support with administrative tasks and help the compliance team stay organized and focus on more advanced responsibilities. His/her duties include processing administrative workflows, maintaining required recordkeeping, communicating discrepancies identified in assigned workflows and records, and composing documents as requested. This role may include administrative responsibilities as the position evolves.
WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

Essential Functions
- Process wholesale onboarding records
- Review/confirm customer documentation
- Request replacements for invalid or incomplete documentation
- Download and consolidate customer onboard records and licensee verification
- Save records to internal CLM
- Maintain customer status list
- Manage odor control records monitoring voicemail emails
- Log odor complaints
- Collect odor complaint response information
- Organize odor collection data
- Maintain compliance calendar alerts
- Confirm and schedule calendar reminders in preparation of permitting and reporting deadlines
- Assist in documenting internal compliance audits
- Assist with coordinating and documenting compliance training
- Assist in gathering information and preparing materials for license applications
- Submit online license renewals
- Assist in compiling DCC reporting forms
- Maintain organized team records (file management)
- Assist with research projects
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Well organized, a clear communicator, and can efficiently complete tasks
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
- Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
- Ability to function in an autonomous environmentindependent worker, self-directed
