Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance and Employee Relations Officer located in Makati. The Officer will be responsible for employer engagement, employee relations, employee engagement, communication, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, Compliance
• Experience in conducting investigations and resolving employee issues
• Employer Engagementand Communication skills
• Employee Relations expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Willing to be assigned in Pasong Tamo Extension Chino Roces Ave. Makati City
