Competitor Insight Analyst

JOB SUMMARY :

As a Competitor Insights Analyst, you'll monitor and study our bank's competitors, both traditional banks and fintech. Your role is to gather insights and intelligence to guide strategic decisions. By staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, you'll help maintain our competitive edge and drive growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Competitor Monitoring:

• Track and analyze competitor activities and performance regularly. Visit competitor branches, use their apps/products to understand them inside out

Competitor database

• Create and maintain database of our bank employees that have worked with our competitors and interview them for insights

Competitive Analysis

• Evaluate competitor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats

Insights Sharing

• Communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in market research or competitive intelligence in banking or finance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
