We would love to talk if you are system savvy particularly in Workday and taking a lead role in data integrity specifically for Compensation-related data fields
Assists in HRIS data management for compensation
You will be expected to extract data from Workday, generate reports and analyze them to become significant data for the Compensation team
Support our employee services team by serving as the functional specialist for Compensation-related queries
You will act as HR System coordinator and administrator for the compensation team
Assists in survey submissions as needed
Assists in compensation ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Helps with any compensation programs and policy administration;
More About You
4-6 years of experience in the compensation field at a multinational company with exposure to global compensation
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or a related discipline
Advanced excel skills and preferably experience with Workday or a similar HRIS system
A strong eye for business, and qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
A stellar ability to synthesize data to support decision-making
A natural ability for confidentiality and discretion
Confidence in your communication style, both verbal and written

Ability to handle ambiguity in stride
A strong understanding of variable compensation practices globally, including cash & equity plans
