Salary Review & Bonus Payout Administration
Administer annual salary reviews and bonus plans
Collect Data from different stakeholders (finance, Business Units, HR)
Prepare & Automate global salary review and global bonus templates
Prepare user guides and provide training
Address compensation-related questions from employees, hiring managers, and HR
HRIS Implementation and Support:
Support all HRIS systems, administration, and post-go-live optimization.
Handle data entry, reporting, and analytics related to compensation
Maintain accurate compensation records in HRIS.
Run data quality checks to comply with group guidelines
Create and maintain reports on compensation trends and practices within the Group
Support end users (HRs and managers) with operational aspects and reporting
Market Analysis & Benchmarking:
Benchmarking: collect and analyze market data to ensure the competitiveness of the company's pay practices.
Job Evaluation: conduct job evaluations
Other Compensation activities:
Address inquiries related to compensation
Steer the Total Rewards Submissions (TRS surveys)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in compensation and compensation administration
Strong knowledge of HRIS compensation modules (SAP)
Excellent skills in Excel
Shift: Midshift
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Hybrid)
