QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Any Business Course
Must have at least a year of experience as Compenben Supervisor/Senior Specialist
Must be proficient in using MS Applications and any HR Information System (HRIS)
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Should be assertive; has a strong sense of urgency; should be resourceful when it comes to problem solving
Willing to work on morning shift
Willing to work in Makati City
Can start ASAP
Job Purpose:
The role will provide assistance in payroll/final pay processing, to assist employees with their concerns regarding company and government-initiated benefits. Ensure accuracy, completeness and on-time availability of data aligned with benefits processing and other concerning departments.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare and validate Payroll instructions Monthly
Prepare and validate Final pay instructions
Prepares Finance related reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Review/ Validates Benefits Applications
Coordination and Processing of government mandated benefits (loans and remittances)
Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Supervises HRO - Payroll/CompenBen Team (1 Payroll Specialist and 2 Benefits Specialist)
HRIS System Management
Prepare HRIS / Payroll Audit Response
Maintain confidentiality of names, details and other figures available across all trackers, file and /or documents.
