- Duties and Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, vacation time, sick leave, and other perks.
- Ensure proper computation, validation and release of monthly pay, other adjustments, and other factors correctly and timely in accordance with the set rules and regulations.
Responsible for tracking and managing employee's time worked, including attendance, leave, overtime, and other time related data.- Responsible for enrollment, communication, compliance, and for ensuring that employees understand how the make the most of their benefits.
Lead and supervise effective and efficient implementation of guidelines and internal processes for administration and support of statutory remittances.
- Supervise, monitor the productivity, and work quality of team members in the delivery of functions and responsibilities.
Ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
Lead and supervise the end-to-end day-to-day activities of the Section.- Review, formulate for approval and implement plans and programs for the Compensation, Benefits and Timekeeping unit in accordance with rules and regulations.
Administer and manage timely and accurate payment of compensation, other benefits and employee claims.
- Provide guidance in the availability of company-initiated benefits and those from GSIS, PhilHealth and direct subordinate to do the necessary field work.
Maintain employee databases on benefits and leave balances by designing a fling and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.- Review and validate the computation of monthly pay, payroll as well as timekeeping accuracy
Manage timekeeping systems and processes to accurately track and record employee work hours.
Initiate business process improvement to ensure ease of doing business with Compensation, Benefits and Timekeeping Section to ensure positive employee experience and seek approval from superior for implementation- Ensure the integrity of the employee records in the HRIS.
Conduct performance setting and review and career planning among team members.
- Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Job Specifications/Qualifications
College Graduate. Bachelor's degree in psychology or degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
At least three (3) years of experience in compensation and benefits- At least one (1) year of experience in supervisory role
