Supervises HR Specialists for Compensation and Benefits
- Administers processes related to C&B such as timekeeping, leaves monitoring, clearance, final pay, payroll disputes management, among others
- Facilitates benefits administration
- Provides assistance to employees in benefits availment
- Addresses payroll disputes, if any
- Coordinates with other departments and payroll system provider
- At least 3 years experience in compensation and benefits is preferred
- Hands-on experience in HRIS is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed-oriented and process-driven
