Required minimum level of Education: Bs in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, Bs Accounting Tech, or any 4-year related course
- Ensure the timely and accurate timekeeping records of employees.
Enter pertinent information into the records management database.- Consolidate, review and check time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Handle end-to-end processing of payroll and benefits on a monthly basis (for main employees) and weekly basis (for field employees).
- Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
Keep track of leave credits for employees.- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
Prepare a check voucher for payroll returns in the system and submission to the finance department.
- Update and encode employees working hours in preparation of thirteen (13th) month pay.
Manage the security, safekeeping, confidentiality, and control numbers of records including correspondence, reports and external letters.- Store updates and identifying which records are to be preserved for historical and research purposes and which should be destroyed (manual and electronic).
Monitor the movement of employees such as transfer, promotion, end of contract, and additional manpower request for costing and updating payroll database.
- Conduct audit of payroll processing activities that includes computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for advances.
Prepare monthly reports and payments to SSS/PHIC/HDMF/BIR.- Maintain records and make necessary audits on employee's records of company and government loans, and other advances related to compensation.
Check final settlement for the resigned employees.
