Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive salary and bonus policies for all employees, including back office and sales staff. Ensure that policies comply with legal regulations and are competitive in the market
Design and manage employee benefit programs, propose contests for sales motivation.- Accurately calculate and implement monthly salary and bonus payments in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Issue and communicate compensation and benefits policies to relevant teams.
- Handle arising issues related to salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
Address employee inquiries regarding benefit policies and company regulations.- Monitor and evaluate employee performance periodically
Collaborate with HR and management teams to support organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on salary, compensation, and benefits to management.
Analyze data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.- Perform other tasks as requested by the line manager.
Graduated with a university degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.- At least 3 years of experience in the C&B (Compensation and Benefits) field, with in-depth knowledge of regulations related to salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
Strong analytical and data processing skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Full onsite Amenable to work in Quezon City
